AI Email Pro is an AI-powered email generation service that helps users create professional emails for marketing, sales, support, and other business purposes. The Service uses advanced artificial intelligence to generate email content based on user inputs.
We provide various subscription plans with different usage limits. Free tier users receive 10 emails per month, while paid subscribers receive higher limits based on their chosen plan.
Account Creation: You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
Account Security: You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain account security.

Generated Content: You retain all rights to the emails you generate using the Service. We do not claim ownership of your generated content.
Service Content: The Service itself, including its design, features, code, and AI models, is owned by AI Email Pro and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Feedback: Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you provide about the Service may be used by us without compensation or attribution.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.
Data Storage: We store your generated emails and account information on secure servers. You can delete your emails and account at any time through your dashboard.
Uptime: We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The Service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates, or due to factors beyond our control.
Modifications: We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with reasonable notice.

AI Limitations: While our AI strives for accuracy, we do not guarantee that generated content will be error-free, appropriate for all contexts, or meet your specific needs. You should review and edit all generated content before use.
Third-Party Services: Our Service may integrate with third-party services (e.g., Stripe for payments). We are not responsible for the availability or functionality of third-party services.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AI EMAIL PRO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR $100, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AI Email Pro and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.
By You: You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support or through your account settings.
By Us: We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or for any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where AI Email Pro is registered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law.
